Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders with a value of €50.00 or more.

Delivery of goods is only to the countries listed below.

European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

International: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway.

Deliveries within Germany:
An island surcharge of €10.00 will be added to the shipping costs for deliveries to German islands.

Delivery Times

Germany:
Delivery of goods within 2 – 5 days.

International Deliveries:
Delivery of goods within 5 – 10 days after order confirmation (for prepayment agreements, the day after your payment instruction).

Please note, deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

Alternative Delivery Address

During the ordering process, you can provide a different delivery address, which will be printed on the delivery note and the shipping label.
The invoice with the delivery note will be sent to you separately.
